As a part of our community outreach efforts, the HAARP facility publishes transmission notices prior to research operations. These notices are targeted at the amateur radio, amateur radio astronomer, and shortwave listener communities, providing some transmission details such as frequency and timing for those interested in listening to HAARP radio transmissions.
